As a Co-Founder LVNDR I have raised a £1.7M round recently backed by Octopus Ventures and prominent angel investors including Pam Garside, Alistair Murray and Harry Briggs, Christian Angermayer and Emma Watson amongst other notable angels.
I developed the brand voice, strategy and direction. I wanted LVNDR to be the first human-centric healthcare solution for judgmental care.
I used we used a community first approach to building our community. From 1Mn views activist campaign at 0 cost all the way to developing authentic viral campaigns - I wanted to use our audience was championing us and we were growing our base.
LVNDR has a unique Go To Market designed to galvanise rapid community growth.
We are starting with public hospitals in England. Landed 3 contracts with NHS Trusts; These hospitals have validated willingness to pay and deep capacity and healthy inequality issues that our offering is perfectly designed to alleviate. By starting with public health, we have attained a clinical stamp of approval from the NHS and the Care Quality Commission (widely recognised as a gold standard globally for Clinical Care) made our initial service be free to the user, allowing us to rapidly acquire user (in the process) amassed peerless LGBTQ+ population data
All of which will drive future success in additional pathways and new channels in early 2024. By 2024 we will enter the D2C space with services that address areas of acute need.
